IPPF European Network seek to build further on our strong record of youth engagement, unleashing the power of young people’s participation and leadership to realise their sexual and reproductive rights and contribute to a progressive, youth-focused Europe.
We are therefore looking for an energetic and committed professional to drive the IPPF youth centred approach regionally as well as deliver effective programmatic and technical support to IPPF member associations in the areas of comprehensive sexuality education, youth participation and involvement, and youth networks.
Profile: Candidates should have at least seven years’ relevant experience (youth programming, youth network, sexual and reproductive health and rights), ideally in an NGO environment and a proven track record in developing and implementing quality, rights-based CSE strategies and programmes, ideally in the European Network region. Fluency in English is essential with excellent written and oral communication as well as strong interpersonal skills.
